Nicole Fegley


For over thirteen years, Nicole has been a producer and connector in the field of personal and professional growth and transformation, creating diverse content, life-changing curriculum, and exquisite live and online experiences. She loves to unite and facilitate people in their work to live more good, true, and beautiful lives. She's honored to bring this diverse expertise to Emerging Women. For the past two years she has been the lead producer for Emerging Women Live, and now is bringing her extensive production, coaching and facilitation skills to EW's Power Circles. Nicole works in private practice as a Certified Integral Master Coach™, through her company, Unabashedly You, and has worked with hundreds of women (and men) individually and as a group facilitator. She also creates programs and interviews fascinating teachers and wellness experts in her role as U.S. Content Producer for Conscious Life. She is the co-founder of Core Integral, an educational company offering a comprehensive and accessible approach to learning integral theory. Prior to this work, she owned a large and lively restaurant and brewery in Pennsylvania. She has studied extensively and worked alongside Ken Wilber (Integral Theory), Daniel Brown, PhD (Tibetan Buddhism, Self-Development, Attachment, and Positive Psychology), and Sofia Diaz (Hatha Yoga and Feminine Embodiment). She holds a Masters Degree from Lehigh University. She regularly delights in the sunshine and mountains of Colorado with her two dogs and her partner Clint, and is a new mama to her daughter Truly Golden.


Cheryl Breault

In her practice, Whole Body Wisdom, she guides individuals and teams toward inner shifts of perspective, increased self-acceptance,  and a sense of greater possibility and freedom. Trained in Transpersonal Psychology at Naropa University, Cheryl is a licensed psychotherapist who has served many years as a therapist in Psychological Health and Psychiatry at the University of Colorado. An advisor and Power Circle facilitator for Emerging Women for the past 3 years, Cheryl is dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs, executives and creatives make a positive impact in the world.

Shirley Brown

Shirley Brown is a Certified Professional Coach who brings unique skills from thirty years of transformational conversations and thousands of hours of experience in working with groups and individuals. She hosts the podcast "Unapologetically You!” which is dedicated to the unique voice of every woman. Shirley designs programs for organizations and groups, offers coaching sessions for groups, couples and individuals which skillfully supports people in not only clarifying but actualizing
what truly matters to them. She is known as being masterful in transformational conversations. Shirley lives in the Finger-lakes Region of NY State with her husband Rich and dog Winston.





Christy Clay


Christy is known as a business builder, soulful strategist, quick study and inspired problem solver. She is passionate in the pursuit of real results and conscious leadership.

Christy’s success stems from her ability to navigate her clients through a variety of disciplines—strategic planning, organizational and operational effectiveness, individual and team development and communications—to achieve tangible results.  She is an experienced facilitator and is trained as an EOS Implementer, bringing a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools designed to help leadership teams clarify, simplify and achieve their vision.  

Christy believes people are the heart and soul of an organization.  She draws upon her keen, intuitive insights to identify and amplify the unique and natural abilities of each person.  Her ability to listen, hold space, speak the truth and find commonality to bring people together  stimulates personal and group development.   

Originally from Minnesota, Christy now calls Denver, Colorado home. She graduated with a BS from Colorado State University and completed her Masters in Management at the College of St. Scholastica with a focus on Change Leadership.


Allison Conte

Allison currently serves on faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Earlier in her career, she taught on the faculty of The Integral Center in Boulder, and worked as a master executive coach in Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of
Management Executive Education Program.

She holds a master’s degree in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Weatherhead School of Management, and a BS in Journalism from the University of Colorado. She is a certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach.

She has a natural ability to assess group dynamics and facilitate collaboration. Degrees in psychology and education have been critical to her success in teaching, program implementation, and business development. For the last ten years, she has helped to build Flow Circus which offers workshops and interactive keynotes to harness the power of creative playful flow to energize, excite, and enliven groups.

Additionally, Dawn serves on the Board of Directors of the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce and has helped to design and implement its signature leadership program, the Women's Business Alliance, and a business book/TED discussion group for the community.




Renée Dineen


Renée is a business consultant, and executive and lifestyle coach who is deeply passionate and committed to developing more conscious organizations, leaders, entrepreneurs, and human beings who love themselves, live their lives and lead their organizations and communities with greater presence, intention, care and flow.
She has been transforming organizations, teams and careers of talented and ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, changemakers and executives for over 20 years in over 40 countries in the biotech, pharmaceutical, technology, and service industries. Her exciting career included her own five-year executive expatriate assignment in Switzerland leading the Learning and Organizational Development Organization for Genentech-Roche.  
Today Renée runs her own global coaching and consulting practice out of California, with an important focus on women and leadership. She believes that the new era of women’s leadership calls us to step more fully into our role as changemakers, requiring greater attention to self-care and our true aspirations.

Russ Elliot, an expert on organizational culture, is the founder of the Conscious Culture Group, a consulting and executive coaching company committed to linking culture to performance by creating ownership for culture. Utilizing his 32 years of HR practitioner experience, Russ coaches leaders and facilitates meetings to create intentional and impactful leadership and organizational transformations. Russ is on the faculty of UC Berkeley extension, Center for Creative Leadership, Global Institute of Leadership Development and Women in Leadership.

Lisa Fain is Center for Mentoring Excellence’s CEO and lead in diversity strategy and cross-cultural. Her passion for diversity and inclusion work fuels her strong conviction that leveraging differences creates a better workplace and drives better business results. As Senior Director of the Diversity and Inclusion function at Outerwall, Inc., Lisa spearheaded the development, establishment and implementation of its diversity initiative. Prior to assuming that position, she worked as Outerwall’s in-house counsel, coaching leaders and partnering with Human Resources to establish fair and effective policies and practices that would sustain the organization as it grew in size, revenue and renown.

For almost a decade, Lisa practiced law in the Chicago office of a major multinational, where
she counselled employers on creating inclusive policies and practices. While in that role she
served a Master Trainer, training thousands of employees at a variety of companies, large and
small, on how to create a better workplace.

Lisa also founded Vista Coaching, a division of Center for Mentoring Excellence, which provides group coaching for professional women looking to design and live their best lives. She is a certified mediator. She graduated with a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern University and holds a JD from Northwestern University School of Law. A move to Seattle, WA is providing Lisa a welcome opportunity to hike and explore the Pacific
Northwest with her husband and two daughters.

Sage Hobbs

Sage holds a Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. Prior to creating her current work, she spent a decade working with teens and families to navigate the wild path of growing up.   

She’s also a mom of two, a cancer survivor, a proud teacher’s wife, a “retired” school counselor, a world traveler, a living room dance party aficionado, and a book lover.

During an overseas posting, Colette developed a number of leadership and change management programmes and was involved in the rollout of coaching circles, a powerful concept that achieved fantastic results.

Today, Colette works as a coach, supporting women in their personal and professional lives; helping them to gain clarity on who they are, what they want and how to get there. She is passionate about people living their best life, being true to themselves and being clear about their priorities to make the most of their potential.

Sarah Jones

Sarah JonesSarah is recognised as a coach and facilitator for her insight and warmth, as well as highly professional approach. She draws on a wide range of influences and resources, and her experience of over twenty years’ working to deliver learning and development with blue chip clients such as EY, Shell, BP, Linklaters, Lovells, OFT, and ACCA.

She has a particular interest in team development, as well as coaching within the team context, having chosen to investigate team coaching for her MSc research project. Sarah has been invited to work with senior leadership teams, and has designed and run numerous retreats and team awaydays, often for teams facing significant challenges, new teams, and those going through periods of change.

Sarah has been designing, facilitating and delivering learning events for over twenty years, and specialises in helping teams and individuals reach peak performance though her flexible yet focused approach. She has designed and delivered bespoke programmes in Leadership skills, Consulting skills, Facilitation, Communication skills, Influencing and Presentation skills. Most recently she has been involved in the delivery of a global women’s development program which includes a three day workshop supplemented by six 1-1 coaching sessions, and a series of masterclasses.

Joule L'Adara

Joule LAdara.jpegJoule L’Adara, MFA, is an experimental vocalist, holistic vocal coach, and sound practitioner based in New York City. She is the founder of The Sounding Group, offering sound-based wellness organized into three branches focused on the workplace, individual personal development, and the wider public through inspired live music.

Joule recently launched her workplace branch Sounding Wellness which helps busy professionals access calm, increase their energy, and find balance through sound meditation. Sounding Wellness also offers team-building, leadership training, and vocal empowerment practices, focusing on the voice as a tool of influence, creativity, and authentic power. Joule’s team has worked with global firms including Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill LLP, non-profits such as Planned Parenthood, and the start-up community through an ongoing partnership with WeWork Wellness.

Joule founded Sounding Circles LLC in 2009, through which she produces vocal empowerment play-shops for adults. She created a unique group facilitation method which accesses the voice as a transformational tool, bypassing language in order to connect to pure emotional expression. Juan Mobili


Juan Mobili is an experienced consultant, executive coach and facilitator who believes that agile collaboration, dynamic leadership development and integrity of execution are the critical elements for reaching and sustaining ambitious organizational goals.

He has been an executive coach as part of the Wharton School of Business’ Advanced Management Program, and for Harvard Business School’s senior leadership programs on organizational transformation.

Cara Moore


Cara empowers future women leaders to realise their potential. She trains, mentors and coaches women to progress their careers in a successful and self-sustainable way. She shows them how to be a truly ‘human’ leader, one who is self-assured and inspiring, and who challenges, and is compassionate to, both themselves and others.

Cara graduated from the University of Cambridge and embarked on a professional services career as a Chartered Surveyor. However Cara eventually realised that people not property were her passion and she retrained as an Executive and Life Coach. She now holds the highly regarded Professional Certified Coach status with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and has coached many men and women to open their minds, think clearly and achieve both personal and professional goals.

Cara has her own private Life Coaching practice and also coaches Executives in major institutions. She is known for her intelligent insights and brings a warmth and care to everyone she works with. Cara has 3 sons and a gorgeous Springer Spaniel called Google.

Karin is a leadership development and career coach, a trainer and facilitator with an extensive background in the corporate sector gained over 16 years in senior positions in a global top 10 FTSE company. She has worked across many different industries, including consultancy, financial services, fashion retail, travel, automotive and the charity sector.

Karin has a great passion for exploring and understanding life from different perspectives. She has worked across many different cultures and lived in Germany, the UK and the US. She is infinitely curious about people, their views, their backgrounds and their ambitions, but also about what drives and constrains them. Karin believes there are few things more rewarding than helping people grow, develop and live up to their potential. Her expertise comes from her business and personal experience combined with approachability, personal integrity and kindness. 

Karin was born and raised in Germany. She holds a master’s degree in business from Göttingen University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS). She is a Certified Integral Development Coach™ through New Ventures West in San Francisco and the managing associate at Voice at the Table, a London based diversity and inclusion consultancy.


Jennifer Munley

Through courses, one on one sessions, and group work, Jennifer supports corporate leaders and entrepreneurs in discovering and remembering just how essential they are. 

As a long-time Emerging Women Power Circle facilitator, Jennifer guides participants to see and be seen by others as deeply authentic and powerful leaders. 

Jennifer has been part of The Hero’s Journey Foundation community since 2006, an organization dedicated to a uniquely crafted blend of psychological, mythical, and spiritual transformation work, and is thrilled to be a part of bringing this way of being to the world. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, and is an Ordained Minister.


Julie Neale

Julie Neale is a life and leadership coach, facilitator and community builder. After a 20-year career as a leader in youth-serving non-profit organizations, Julie turned her focus to coaching, training at the Coaches Training Institute, and facilitating a group process known as “reflection” for youth development professionals. She founded her for-purpose venture, Mother’s Quest, in September 2016, to provide inspiration, coaching and community for herself and other mothers who want to live what she calls an E.P.I.C. life. She writes about the transformative experience of parenting at and hosts the Mother’s Quest Podcast. Julie received her Masters in City Planning, Community Development from UC Berkeley and a BA in Communication Studies from UCLA, where she met her husband. She currently lives with her husband and two boys in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ms. Pérez educational attainments include: a Dual MBA in International Business and Marketing (Regis University), a Certificate in International Entrepreneurship (University of Colorado) and a B.S. in International Business (University of Colorado).




Michael Porcelli


Michael Porcelli is committed to people cultivating more authenticity in all relationships— personal and professional. From his career as an engineer, through his transition to becoming a coach, facilitator, speaker, and consultant, he brings an informed perspective on the human aspects of work life. He’s played a key role developing and training a team of facilitators at The Integral Center. Whether it’s taking people into deep interpersonal encounters in the moment, crafting a training curriculum, or facilitating a fast-paced business meeting, you’ll find him friendly, down-to-earth, and probably ready geek-out on at the drop of a hat.




Lois Shannon


Lois Shannon is the founder of (TWN) a space of authentic connection where women reclaim our womanhood and engage in conscious living. She spent the last 4-5 years on an intensive path of self discovery training to facilitate Mindfulness and Family Constellations and engaging with Somatic Work, Five Rhythm Dance, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and numerous other approaches to self awareness. Lois spent 19 years in Europe, originally sent there to work for Apple Computer in Paris in 1995.
She was subsequently a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates in London, an executive search firm, where she established and ran their Internet practice. She was in the Wall Street Journal in 1999 as one of the top 30 Business Women in Europe and she and her husband, Tom Virden, were in the WSJ in 2000, as the Internet Couple of Europe. Before leaving the US, Lois was with Apple Computer in Cupertino and prior to that was a Consultant at Bain and Company in Boston, MA. Lois is an intrepid explorer having travelled extensively covering all continents. She and her family (with three teenage children) moved to Boulder three years ago from the South of France after attending the first Emerging Women Live in 2013. Lois holds a B.A. degree in French and Economics from Duke University.



Lane Walsh


With over 16 years as a successful entrepreneur in real estate, and more recently as the co-owner of the Dwell Denver real estate, Lane is a community leader and change-maker. Lane has also directed her passion for the intersection of people and operational excellence as a facilitator for Emerging Women’s Power Circle program. With a background in theatre, direction, and education, Lane’s vision is to create a world where people can be themselves and encourage others to do the same.
