Russ Elliot, an expert on organizational culture, is the founder of the Conscious Culture Group, a consulting and executive coaching company committed to linking culture to performance by creating ownership for culture. Utilizing his 32 years of HR practitioner experience, Russ coaches leaders and facilitates meetings to create intentional and impactful leadership and organizational transformations. Lisa Fain is Center for Mentoring Excellence’s CEO and lead in diversity strategy and cross-cultural. Her passion for diversity and inclusion work fuels her strong conviction that leveraging differences creates a better workplace and drives better business results. As Senior Director of the Diversity and Inclusion function at Outerwall, Inc., Lisa spearheaded the development, establishment and implementation of its diversity initiative. Prior to assuming that position, she worked as Outerwall’s in-house counsel, coaching leaders and partnering with Human Resources to establish fair and effective policies and practices that would sustain the organization as it grew in size, revenue and renown.
For almost a decade, Lisa practiced law in the Chicago office of a major multinational, where

Joule L’Adara, MFA, is an experimental vocalist, holistic vocal coach, and sound practitioner based in New York City. Julie Neale is a life and leadership coach, facilitator and community builder. Lois Shannon is the founder of TheWomansNetwork.com (TWN) a space of authentic connection where women reclaim our womanhood and engage in conscious living. She spent the last 4-5 years on an intensive path of self discovery training to facilitate Mindfulness and Family Constellations and engaging with Somatic Work, Five Rhythm Dance, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and numerous other approaches to self awareness. Lois spent 19 years in Europe, originally sent there to work for Apple Computer in Paris in 1995.She was subsequently a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates in London, an executive search firm, where she established and ran their Internet practice. She was in the Wall Street Journal in 1999 as one of the top 30 Business Women in Europe and she and her husband, Tom Virden, were in the WSJ in 2000, as the Internet Couple of Europe. Before leaving the US, Lois was with Apple Computer in Cupertino and prior to that was a Consultant at Bain and Company in Boston, MA. Lois is an intrepid explorer having travelled extensively covering all continents. She and her family (with three teenage children) moved to Boulder three years ago from the South of France after attending the first Emerging Women Live in 2013. Lois holds a B.A. degree in French and Economics from Duke University.
